and came back as owners of a cabin on Lake livingston!!!!  I have no clue what possesed us to do it.  .. but hey ... the PRICE was right!!!!! woo hoo.... we now have a FAMILY lake house! that is OURS and OURS only!!!! The last time we were INVITED to go to the "family " lake house I was preggers with the twins they are are 4 now!, and that last time we went up there... it almost seemed to be a burden to have the 2 girls with us... we were forced to sleep on the floor, hahah ENOUGH about the BAD luck... I am so happy I can BURST I can not wait till the next ime we have the girls... we are MAKING the weekend out there... WOOOOO HOOOOO  --------------------------- My Flickr yeah so I shoot with an Olympus.. E-500 to be exact! There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs. ~Ansel Adams |

Great for you! I have almost done that a time or two but the timing was just not right. We are looking to maybe get some Arkansas land in the mountains soon. thank you... oh we will believe me... when we go out there in the next month... I know we just got it... but we have to PLAN... lol.... 4 kids in a cabin we have to be prepared!!!! lol... I will be sure and get pics so I can show off my new weekend get away... I was talking to hubby about an annual thing where all of the CLOSE girlfriends leave the kids home with the hubbys and we gals just go out there... hang out by the water... in the pool that isin the community, sip on some wine... live life to the fullest with NO kids and NO hubby's to rejuvinate our minds BODIES and souls!!! He was amazingly OPEN to it... thought it was a great IDEA... so long as he gets the chance to do it with the guys... hahah... we will see about that!!! neener neener!!! --------------------------- My Flickr yeah so I shoot with an Olympus.. I'm picturing (pun intended) a TPF get together at this new family lakehouse with beverages, burgers, Canons, Nikons, flashes, excitement...........this summer. |

hahha.... kinda already thought about that... I was just not going to say anything... hahaha however to day was NOT the day to go to the lake it was so YUCKY... man alive if was muddy and murky... that is why there is no photos of our trip today... I took my camera but no time and really nothing to photograph... the cabin will sleep about 6 comfortably...there is a bedroom, living room and there is a fold out sofa... and then a loft... (thinking um air matress) this will be the kids hide out!!!! however I can rent a cabin next next door for 40.00 a night... to accomodate more people if need be.... hahahah man the WHEELS are running now... my hubby says that he better be able to go with me... at least once and awhile... hahah I have been making plans for the place already... and anual gals only, now the TPF things... he is wondering who's cabin it is and if he just needs to go buy himself one!!!!! lmao --------------------------- My Flickr yeah so I shoot with an Olympus.. oh yeah... they are opening up a new section in the community.. and we have first DIBS on PURACHASING property and building a house on the land before the general public knows that it is up for sale... Hubs and I are entertaining the fact...cool thing is... if we do buy property to for either, weekend vacation home or to live there... the money that we put into the cabin... will go towards the cost of the land...
