Transferring images from Nikon to Photoshop - 04-18-2008, 04:09 PM

I'm having difficulty transferring images from the Nikon Picture Project to Photoshop. It seems the picture flattens....not near as much depth in the image. Any ideas?

I looked at the same image in Picture Project, Photoshop, and as a JPG image and all three images are different.

are you transferring the RAW or a jpeg? Nikon's NEF will change if opened in pretty much any program except a Nikon app (Capture, Picture Project, etc...)
I've never worked with jpegs alone so I'm not sure about those

I've tried transferring the jpeg and raw. Is there any way of keeping the clarity when transferring to photoshop?
