Yeah - my wife is a weight watcher fan(atic) and thus everything I try to eat gets analyzed. It is eye opening though.

And then 2 weeks ago my doc read me the riot act about high BP and cholesterol so I've been really watching my diet since then. Good part is I have lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Bad part: no pizza, fried foods, or whataburgers in 2 weeks, Aaargh!

Awe man no Wataburger? Shesh, I would just comitt suicide. I love Wataburgers. They are the best burgers on the face of the earth.

...and don't you just love to go to the supermarket with her, and just twiddle your thumbs, while she gets out the 'points' calculator, and examines the dietary content on 6 different boxes of "...whatever..." to see which one has the least number of points???

I appreciate you posting this. Although I don't eat any of that stuff, there are equivalents in other restaurants that I'm sure pack the same punch. I work too hard in the gym to ruin it all with this junk—and I'm still trying to drop a few pounds.

Actually, she's fanatic enough she can just read the calorie/fat/fiber numbers and tell you the points without the calc now. She's hardly ever off, and then when she is it's only about by a point.
