Exclamation Desperately need help finding movie/tv clips - 04-24-2008, 06:18 PM

Ok figured that title would be detailed enough to get attention :) Ok so heres the deal I have a video project/presentation due next wednesday for a graduate school class on psychological learning theories and am stuck.

I have to find movie/tv show video clips that illustrate the psychology concept of classical conditioning for those who are now going huh? Here is a link as well as a cue word :) Pavlov's dog- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_conditioning

Ok if your still with me some of the ideas Ive gotten but cant necessarily find video clips of believe me I have been searching youtube/google video for two days straight.
Movie- Mighty Joe Young 1998- Jill the trainer calls Joe the Gorilla with a flashlight first than she calls him, he comes to her.

Movie- Monsters Inc- this is my fav but cant find any english non music video clips of this - Monsters are scared of the kids- hence the Child Detection agency clip, beginning clip kids scared of monsters as well- who conditioned who anyway.

Tv show- road runner wiley coyote cant remember name of show- meep meep, coyote chases and would you believe I cant find a clip on either site with the meep meep.

I know there has to be others but for the life of me have been working so hard on this and other homework Im brain dead. If anyone has any suggestions Im grateful or has any clips of any of the above. I would rent the video and rip the scenes but my comp doesnt seem to do that well.

Please help me keep sane :)

You might look into clips of military boot camp as that can be considered classical conditioning. If you have to have movies, then I'd say Full Metal Jacket during the boot camp stuff. Or Ears Open Eyeballs Click (documentary).

thanks Ricky, professor said it can be anything tv wise besides the office episode as long as it illustrates it well without being posed like the office one. Oh and altogether no more than 5 mins of clips. Thats what makes it harder.

A recent comedy central show with Lewis Black had him explaining Pavlov's theory in a funny way, then a "what if" a cat was used instead of a dog. Funny.
