I also agree with them, but remember you could also minor in photography!

Did anyone miss the part where I said I was going to school to get a BA in photo JOURNALISM?? English classes are involved and writting and british and english lit just like an English major. You know 90% of the teachers I met while I was there either had no degree (worked illegally) or were business majors or philosophy majors.. I don't really see where it comes into play badly for me to teach with a journalist degree and like I said I'm getting married.. I'm teaching because I want to.. being married I can get a visa and work a normal job (considering that I speak the language and wouldn't have a problem working ANYWHERE) but I need the E-2 because I WANT to teach..

Hmm.. maybe a better idea if we just get back on topic about the schools.. I'm just looking for school suggestions. I'll decide whether it's worth my time or not later.

Well, UNT has a pretty good PJ program, but I didn't list it because of the distance from Texarkana.

Yeah I have a friend (who is studying in Japan right now) that went to UNT is he is about to get his English degree. He speaks really highly of it.. we have two A&M campuses in Texarkana and the tuition there is not too high that I know of.. I had thought about UT but the cost of moving back to Austin is way too high compared to the wages and price of living here.
