I need help figuring out this seating chart

I'm buying some concert tickets for my mother. I have never been to this Venue (Globe News Center for the Performing Arts)

Here are the available tickets:
BALC BOX * $42.00
ORCH BOX * $35.00
BALC PRM * $27.00
ORCH PRM * $27.00
ORCH PRF * $19.00
BALC PRF * $16.00
ORCHESTR * $16.00

And here is the seating chart:




Can someone help me out here?

Yellow is second floor, blue is first floor.

Looks like balc box is the yellow ones on the side
Orch Box are the blue shapes on the edges
Balc Prm probably means the center of the large section named balcony
Orch PRM probably means close to the front of the orchestra section.
Orch PRF probably means the seats closer to the back and edge of the orchestra section
Balc PRF the back and sides of the balcony
Orchestr the very back of the first floor section.



That is how I interpreted it. But I could be totally wrong.
