I have been waiting for the new iPhones to come out. From the internet rumors, they are going to have 3G technology and be a lot cheaper.... That should be happening in Juneish. I'd consider holding off another month if I were you personally......

I was going to wait till the new phones came out but hard to pass up this phone at this price, if the new ones are in the same price range, I can always pass this one down to one of the other 10 users on our plan.

The refurbed iPhones were still to pricey for me to justify when I looked a few months ago, so I bought a refurbished Blackberry. Sure, not as cool but it lets me do all I care to do (I really hate cell phones!). Bonus: I bought one just before last Christmas for my wife, a refurbed Curve, for $5. It not only looked new, with factory packaging and new battery, but has worked flawlessly. I paid less than $50 for a similar model for myself. (And yes, I did tell my wife it was refurbished).

Hoping your new-to-you iPhone will bring you the same experience.

If they would go with Sprint, I might buy one. For now I'll have to keep my Palm. It does whatever I have needed it too, just not as cool.

BTW Does anyone watch "Without a Trace"? They have been plugging the iphone for a while. Its pretty funny. No more carrying around a 5x7 of the missing person, just whip out the iphone. Last night was especially funny to me. The guy pulls out the phone, and says "have you seen either of these two people?" and then does the finger drag to get to the next photo. Product placement at its finest!

I have a blackberry and Barry has a blackjack that we got about Christmas last year, they do what we need EXCEPT the keys are to small for our "older" eyes, along with the cool look of the iphone the larger #'s and bigger keys is my biggest reason for getting it. My eyesight has always been better that perfect and this older eye stuff is very, very frustrating to me.

Chris, I don't watch that show but sounds like pretty shameless plugs for sure.
