Let's talk about tit - 05-19-2008, 11:01 AM

I mean it, it being correct spelling. For sure I am lacking in good grammer skills and spelling skills. Now I have read threads where these are prized qualities to be had and sadly at my age it aint gonna happen. So be advised I will use thesaurus and dictionary*
to do my best with post but I am not perfect.
This brings me to why I chose my title of thread and that is a warning to you to not rely solely on spell check software. It and tit are both words and if you typo like I do on a regular basis things like that could get by the system.

*Seems the new college dictionaries are full of words I have no use for relating to sex and other stuff or maybe I have never noticed before.

Well, for starters, if you want to see a thesaurus, you will have to go to the museum of natural history. Those are extinct creatures, bones are all you will find.

Sheesh! No wonder you don't know tit from it.

My topic was about typo's and relying on automation to fix them and not so much weather I know the difference between the two. I find a thesaurus (available in the book store) a helpful tool for spell checking among other things pertaining to writting.
Have a nice day.

Printed thesauruses are still available...the spelling/grammar issues are a biggie with me, but then I do write, at least some, for a living...
