Help Taxes

I paid my business taxes and had it set up to come out of my joint account as I had not cashed some last minute client checks.
Any way I had it come out on the 20th and it posted to my account on the 22nd.
We were in Scotland at the time.
Well the Navy jacked up dhs pay and I was looking at the printed statement that the bank gave me to get dhs pay fixed. Well I noticed a charge that didn't make since to me at the time.
I had them reverse the charge, well it came to me Friday night that it was my business taxes and I called the bank they can't reverse it again so what the heck do I do. I have been on hold with the comptrollers office for over 30 minutes.
Do I just cut them a check? Do I pay more for a late fee etc...?

comptrollers office is really good here in Texas. But, get any agreements you make with them in writing.
They can usually take a payment over the phone. I bet that's what they did in your instance ?

No I made another payment online. Got the girls name and said she would revert it back to the original date and amount. Hopefully she does it.
