lol... I just saw that on the news...

but here is the kicker... they said that the fat on/in brisket is a mono fat which is BELIEVED to raise the GOOD cholestoral in MEN!!!!

what happens to WOMEN?

I was surprised that someone from A&M could spell "monounsaturated". Must have been proofread by a UT grad.

Thats about right. Aggies come up with the thesis, do the research and end up with a finding that changes the current thought process and UT runs spell check.
