Personally, I prefer Opanda EXIF viewer. Works like a charm.

I have Kuso and Opanda, and I prefer Kuso. Both are free, and work fine with IE7. Opanda didn't work with Vista when I bought a new PC, so I got Kuso. Opanda later updated and works fine.
