fingers crossed or send good vibes to us?? We got an offer on the house  We can't accept what they are asking but we are more than likely going to counter 2-4000 more and still pitch in what they are asking for closing. We so need this right now. Thanks all. Spoke with dh finally. We countered for 4000 more than they are asking. Hope they come back tonight with their counter as I am sure they will.
