I dont know ... Its aka HICE technology w/ no fuel cells. A guy named Ron Morris {local Texas} - claims the same in a 60 / 40 gas mix. They did a big show at Austin 4 Seasons hotel last week. The Morris car was a Turbo Acura TL for $150 K shipped this Dec. http://www.ronnmotors.com/ I spent more time looking at her legs ...
