Ok I have about had it with 1and1 any other suggestions for multiple sites

`OK i have about 7 sites i host for people for the last two months they have been UP and Down more than i can count. Everytime i call they say we realize there is a problem and have passed on to our admins. Well I got an email last Thursday saying that they apologize but the issue has been resolved. Well today they were down again. I called again and same response we will pass it on to our admins. I have HAD IT lol

any other host sites where i can get a decent deal on mulitple site hosting ??

Have you tried godaddy.com? I have a very simple site hosted there but it is always up. Check out their web page to see if their hosting options meet your needs. -G

How much control are you looking for? We've been leasing a dedicated server from ServerMatrix (ThePlanet) for a few years now and have been very happy. Runs ~$100/month, though I haven't checked prices in a long time.

For multiple domains on 1 server use either GoDaddy.com or iPowerweb.com. No problems with either one.

I did notice that an email I sent to you several weeks ago was bounced back to me at least 1 time per day for about 2 weeks.

If you do dump 1&1, I hope you have better luck getting your account canceled than I've had. I have been trying to get these guys to cancel my account for months. After you go through a long on-line process, you have to wait for them to email you a link to which you are supposed to respond to within seven days. I've tried several times and I've yet to get the email.

After similar issues with webintellects I recently moved to a hosting company based in Houston - www.alphared.com - my server (a quad xeon processor with 4gb ram and 500gb RAID1 HD's) is overkill for my needs but it is nice to access one of my sites and the server isn't the issue with the speed.

I have been using http://www.ace-host.net/ for the past couple years for multi site hosting. The only times they have really gone down are for maintenance... Which typically includes a server upgrade. I highly recommend them.

All of my web sites are on there so if you want to see how quick it loads or something..
