That's funny. I was a cop in the San Francisco Bay Area for several years and you wouldn't believe some of the things I saw. People will put unbelievable things in unbelievable places.

My friend was an MP in the Airforce and came upon a "situation" where one soldier was "helping" another one with a bottle that he accidentally "fell on".
