The Dark Knight

This movie is (in my opinion) the best of 2008. Easily.

Unlike Batman Begins, it's pretty dark - I wouldn't take children to see it. Not all the good guys live, and the bad guys get away more than once. But still, it's a very impressive motion picture from all aspects - acting, directing, editing, and post production.

Now I need to get my two hours of sleep before morning formation...

Just came back from seeing it and I have to agree %100 with Daniel.


But to add, without the death of Health Ledger and the hype he received from it, I still have to say his performance left me speechless and is award winning. He made that movie, and I can see why he had problems sleeping at night.
This movie is a must see.

Amazing performance, from Ledger and Ekhart, who unfortunately got outshined in this despite the fact that he did an amazing job as well. Both simply amazing.

Simply one of the best movies I have seen in the last couple of years. Heath Ledgers performance was simply spectacular, it gets to the point the you can't decide whether to hate him or love him.

Christian Bale great as always, in my opinion the best to play Batman to date.

I was just a little perplexed at the directors choice of Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel Dawes. I understand that she is a great actress, but come on, Bruce Wayne deserves a better looking love interest, lol.

Overall, I give the movie an 11 out of 10.
