I just got there without any problem. Maybe try clearing your browser cache? It's possible there was a problem a few days ago and now your browser has that page cached . .. just a thought.

Works for me also. I have not really been going there since I was introduced to this place. I didn't realize how annoyed I was with their forum UI as well as the forum discussions themselves. I just couldn't read another person who thought they had a focusing problem on their Xsi just because all the posts said you were supposed to.

Wow, I post stupid questions there all the time and they are VERY helpful to me. Maybe it's just the Canon people that are mean :-).

There's a thread on FM about the same thing. You're not the only one.

I just recycled my DSL modem and router and can now connect to DPR. Strange...

I deal with this stuff on occasion at my office. Sometimes an ISP will open a new netblock of IP's and they will be on a Bogon ACL at some locations. Bogon filters are used to block IPs that are not officially allocated. It is possible that SWB re-addressed some of their subnets and rebooting your router fixed the issue. Also, rebooting would cause your router to pull new DHCP information which might include a new default route. The previous router may have had issues routing to DPreview (as well as other sites on that particular netblock). This is just a swag though...It could be any number of things, but this is something that comes to mind.
