Hi Everyone! I'm trying to get a group together for a weekend trip to Possum Kingdom in the fall (when it cools off) sometime? Or if you have ideas for a weekend camping spot-let me know!
Anyone interested?

I am always up for camping!! Been looking to go on a trip for awhile now. Never been to Possum Kingdom.

I have been trying to make my way out to Caddo Lake State Park all summer long. You should look them up online and check out some pictures taken around the lake. I've never been to Possum Kingdom but I plan on making Caddo Lake my number one "must see"!

Nice little warning at their site. Other than that it looks interesting. I believe there was talk before about Pedernales Falls State Park, but I don't recall if that event ever occurred.

Amen, I did all the camping when I wore OD that I care for. Roughing it now means that they only have instant coffee in the in-room coffee makers

I actually went and looked at a used Mobile Scout today (as if I could afford it)...They are nice but I just couldn't pull the trigger on it...Ben
