I saw the other night they were looking for him. Glad they found him. Not really sure what he was thinking. If you take the images at the wedding avoid jail and give up the images. Seems simple.

Well, did his equipment, that he used to commit the crime, get conficated? Would serve him right if the equipment was sold at police auction... and the funds given to the 'duped' clients.

LOL, sounds like you're looking for a good deal on some used equipment!

Well.... maybe! But, I'm not sure I could afford any of it right now.

Just a good idea to really punish the 'scum bag'.

I was thinking the same thing, except that it gives us an opportunity as well. It is tangible evidence that there are fly-by-nighters who lie, cheat, steal and don't get the job done for a variety of reasons. It's a chance for honest, capable people to show the contrast. Couples shouldn't just anybody to cover their weddings!

I've been around here for 2.5 years, spending more time than I should online, and have never heard of him until now.

Charged with felony theft of services. I wonder what he was saying when he stated that he sold all the images to the new company. I wonder if the defense lawyer will allow any photographers to be in the jury on this trial?
