This is funny. Last week while in the Virgin Islands assisting in the workshop, I allowed the photographer I was assisting to use my camera. My camera, and I set up most of the shots. Who owns it. HE DOES. Why, he took the shot. I have photos on the same card. I own those that I took. THere is no question WHO took the photos, the style is different. I have no desire to claim rights to his photos. Why would I, it just seems wrong. Besides he paid for his model releases and I paid for mine.
