That is incredibly sad... DMB is my favorite band because of how talented each of them are. Without LeRoi, I can't imagine them ever being the same. |

We were at the show last Friday in The Woodlands. I just can't even imagine what the band was going through on stage last night. It will never be the same again. Part of me hopes they continue on after the tour (if they don't cancel that too), but another part kind of wants them to end it too. This really is alot more emotional than I thought it would be for me- it's "our band" for the wife and I. We both were into them back since the mid 90's but for some reason never saw them live till after we started dating. Seen them live a bunch ever since, but man, it will never be the same again. NO WAY!!!! I played the sax for 10 years, played Bari Sax in jazz band, I loved him, he was sort of my idol in high school :( :( :( Major bummer. Prayers for him and his family. |
