I ned to do a demo of our software and would like to capture the screen images, real time. Also would like to add Audio Voice Over also.
Anyone have a product they can recommend?

I have VERY LITTLE direct experience with this, but a lot of the home recorders like Audacity. It's free. Use it to capture your voice over file.

If you have a good sound card and a decent mic, you should be OK, or you can get a USB Audio Interface to use with your mic instead of the computer's sound card. Make sure that it is low latency.

Did I mention that I know little about this from experience?

I've used Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp) to record screens and audio before with some pretty good success. I think they still have a free demo version...
