Congrats!

I would love to be down to that weight again some day.. On my b-day 2005, I weighed 198 which was the lowest I had been in 15yrs... Today...back up to 230+. I am 6' 2" so it's not terrible, but I still want to drop about 30lbs... Finding it incredibly tough to accomplish.

Congrats again.

Congratulations. I wish losing weight was as easy as gaining it. :)

congrats
He bought some of those big, oversize clown sunglasses. They just make you look smaller. I can relate. I'm 5'8, 225. I wear 34's, but my 36's feel so good, I buy 38's.

As a comrade in the battle, congrats big time.

I've probably "lost" more than 1000 pounds over the years but it always seems to find me and sometimes they bring friends when the come back! Good luck on maintaining. I've managed to lose over 20 lbs since the 1st of the year without dieting. I fall into bad habits when work gets tough but then I just get back on the wagon. I started a walking program May 1st and I'm about to pass 2,000,000 steps and 10 of the 20 pounds. That's almost 1000 miles, a step at a time, and a new habit that I can continue until m even older than I am now! Imagine, parking at the far end of the lot (where all the shade trees usually are!!) on purpose. Hell, I even walked the 2 mile RT from my office to the dentist instead of jumping in the car ... twice so far! I'm hoping to hit 200 by year end but, if not, I'll hit it when I hit it. No crash diet for me this time.

Congrats on fighting the good fight. :)

I just had surgery, and as soon as the doc clears me to lift more than a gallon of milk, i'll be joining the battle.

Keep it up!
