My take on the Chocolate Thunder from Outback:

Betty Crocker Ultimate brownie mix w/ a 1/2 cup each of dark and white chocolate morsels on top.

After baking, add vanilla ice cream (Blue bell), whip cream, Hershey's dark syrup, chocolate sprinkles and eat.

Yummy. The Wife, kids, nieces, sis in law all love it, so I don't make them too often because I don't like the manditory diet afterwards.

I think instead we need a meetup at his place so he can host a photo shoot I'll bring the paper plates
