I have some "antiques" (maybe just old) furniture I either need to sell or my husband is literally going to burn some of it. Some of the chairs may be firewood, but I would like to find out someone that knows something about them. Anyone know a good place to go? Or maybe a good place on the internet to look for photos...I have a dresser that have some gorgeous painting on it...

Thanks Ben, I finally found out something about the vanity...it was from the 1880's...I assume the rest of the bedroom suite is the same era.... Now if I could just convince my husband to get rid of the corn shucker!?????

My Mom has subscribed to that for as long as I can remember...She has a house full of that old junk...Probably worth a fortune, but if I know her, she paid next to nothing for it...Ben
