he admitted he made some mistakes..and offered to do whatever i chose to have done at no additional cost.

that's all i wanted...an admittance that some bad judgements were made and an apology - and i also didn't want to be out additional money for the implant crown should i decide to do that. i will of course, pay for the implant portion of that, where they actually put the screw in, i understand that to be my cost if i chose that, and accept that willingly. i just didn't think, given the circumstances, that it should cost me additional money given they made all these decisions while i was under anesthetic and forever changed a perfectly good tooth in the process.

he also offered to repair or replace the bridge should anything ever happen to the teeth that it adjoins to. let's just hope that possibility never presents itself.

so i'm happy, he's happy...now i have 3 months to make a decision while this big hole in my mouth heals up. i had the temporaries put on today, and it was not pleasant...thank goodness his assistant has been phenomenal though this whole thing.
