Is Jill Greenberg an idiot!

Just goes to show you that even a VERY SUCCESSFUL and well known photographer can be an idiot and shoot themselves in the foot.

I'm not posting this for political discussion, this has to do with her being hired for a job and then purposely taking a bad photo to try and further a personal agenda. I sure hope this comes back to bite her in the A$$ and she doesn't get anymore magazine work, but I'm sure she'll get even more work from it.

That is simply astounding. If you can't leave your emotions at the door and do a job better than that, you shouldn't be doing it.

I've never had a lot of respect for her after her "crying babies" series... and this cinches it. Hired to do a job to make him look heroic, agreed to it... then purposely, maliciously, and without remorse.. took advantage of the person and did exactly the opposite. I don't care what her political feelings were, she took a job under false pretenses.. essentially lied to her subject and her employer.

She is lowest of the low. I hope she never gets another job.

What gets me is the people claiming it wasn't unprofessional to deceive a model into a shot that wouldn't have otherwise been agreed to. While it is legally different, I'd consider her actions morally equivalent to putting hidden cameras in the model's changing area.

Then, they're claiming it's also not unprofessional to publicly insult a model and a client.
