My old high school coach would have had our heads for that game.

He'd have said, "The other team got HOW MANY POINTS on you?"

2 things that pop into my mind as a "need to get away" commercial.

First, The poor singer whose mama probably told her that, YES she is indeed as good as Whitney Houston and can belt out the Star Spangled Banner as she feels fit. Run on....run on http://www.tmz.com/2008/09/16/kat-de...-hall-of-fame/

Second, DeShaun Jackson. Poor rookie, the goal line is after the one yard line.

I say the exact same thing about the NBA. We'd have been yanked out of the game if we didn't follow our shot or stood there and admired it.

Neither the Browns nor the Rams have scored much at all so far. Stopping the worst offenses in the league doesn't mean your defense is fine. I'll might reconsider after these teams play another team with some decent firepower. But as of now, they look like the NFL equivalent of a Don Nelson coached basketball team, and as Barkley called the Mavs, it looks like these are the Allas Cowboys, cos there's no D in Dallas.

After Green Bay perhaps we'll have a better idea.

I missed the singer but my football coaches would had DeShaun carry footballs under both arms and still running laps

Great game, but what made me die from laughter was one of the interviews after the game. Some female reporter catches up with Romo in the middle of the field and asks, "What did you think when you fumbled that ball in the end-zone that resulted in an Eagles touchdown?" Romo's classic response about what he was thinking: "Darn. That sucks."

It was a good game, I'm from Philly but not a Eagle Fan. Let's see how long Reed McNabb have sucess. I have a bet with a die hard Eagle fan that as long as the two are together the Eagles will never wina a SuperBowl.
