some help: (i feel duty-bound...) 1) triangles are your friends. to keep things stiff, make triangles 2) water sticks are wierd and wonderful, they are stiff yet things can go right thru them. 3) more wheels= more power 4) not everything needs to be stiff, sometimes floppy works better (don't EVEN go there...) 5) a stick laying flat on top of wheels moves twice as fast as the wheels; and twice as far. there are thousands of correct solutions there are billions of incorrect solutions.... --------------------------- 5th Generation Texian.
