I actually like that commercial. Sure, it's overplayed, but what commercial isn't? I certainly like it better than that damned geico lizard. The newer ones with the British guy trying to observe the lizard are especially annoying to me.

Must be a good commercial if it triggers and emotional reaction...

It was on nearly every commercial break during the Olympics. The old lady reminds me of my great-Aunt Clara. So does the old couples' car.

Totally tired of it. It's supposed to be cute because it's old people.

It's not.

They used the old people because its supposedly really out of character for old people to do something like this...

Tell that to the owner of the hummer who had video of a septuagenarian keying three body panels while it sat in a parking lot simply because he "was sick of these kids driving these expensive vehicles" while his wife was in the hospital.

I still like the commercial, it still makes me laugh.
That look on the Grandma's face that first looks like OK sonny that's fine and within .5 of a second turns into rage.
Then observe the wussy guy that lets his wife do his fighting for him.
Then when he tells her to hit him in the head, he flenches backwards like he is going to need to run.
It still is funny to me.
BUT everyone in my house hates it.

My wife and I hate it after seeing during every single commercial break during the olympics. My 12 year old son still laughs, of course he loves the UPS whiteboard ads too.

I should preface my previous post by saying I didn't see much of the Olympics at all...So perhaps I am not as burned out as some..
