I'll have to go with "The Quiet Man" on fistfights; swordfights, though, has to be between Basil Rathbone and Errol Flynn in "Robin Hood".

Pie fights? The Three Stooges (with Shemp), where they're exterminators.

boondock saints.. maybe. pretty good gun scenes and very quotable.

I love the last gun fight scene in the movie WANTED

I youtubed for BEST FIGHT SCENE and this came up.. ITS AMAZING!!!
