Any TX Real Estate Brokers Out There??? I Need Your Help! - 10-13-2008, 09:30 AM

I'm a licensed real estate agent and Realtor in the DFW area. I work solely in residential leasing (and have for 15 years)....and I just found out that my broker has decided to go inactive at the end of the month. So that leaves me without a broker in 18 days!

I'm really just looking for someone to hold my license for me for either a flat or percentage fee. And I thought what a better place to start my search then with my photographic brethren.

I can give you complete details about myself and business, etc via email and phone.

So...any Texas Real Estate Brokers out there that want to help out a fellow photographer?

Any brokers out there that are willing to discuss this....or anyone else who might recommend someone? I'd much rather find one this way than have to do a local search and interview possible brokers that way...

Thanks TPF friends!

Check with any local ReMax office. They work on the business model. Generally 10% + expenses (unless you work at home, then I wouldn't think there would be many expenses). What they charge will depend on the amount of business you do every year.

Thanks for the suggestion, David. I'm really just looking for someone to hold my license without all the extra 'stuff'. If you're a broker or know a specific broker you can recommend, please let me know.

Thanks!

...any other brokers out there?

I have one, tentative lead on a broker...but the end of the month is almost here and I have yet to speak with any brokers from here.

So....give me call - drop me an email or PM - help out a fellow photographer and let me make some money for you!

Thanks!!
