will spend a day at Niagra soon, and tips or secrets (other than spend more than a day...). Never been.

I'll be on the Canadian side.

With a TPF t-shirt on....

It's been a while, but there is a tower on the Canadian side that gives a great view of the falls.
Take the boat ride. There's also a cable car ride that is pretty cool.
Stay away from the U.S. side. waste of time.

If you want some inspiration, check out myparkphotos.com. I can't remember the photog's name but she posts some amazing pics of Niagra Falls. You can do a search by state and park so you should be able find lots of pics from the area. Have fun and be sure to post pics! It's definitely on my list of to-do's (which is so very long).

I have to disagree. The US side is full of nature trails with plenty of photo ops if that's your thing. The Canadian side is more commercialized.

Perhaps a short drive up the back road to Niagara on the Lake. This is a beautiful time of year for that trip. Look at the hyperlink I supplied for info. A photo gallery is also linked to from there.

Are you staying in Toronto? I can share some great eateries if so.

Wish I was going again. Have fun.

Well, if you wear a TPF shirt make sure to get an embarrassing photo of yourself and post it here. And don't try going over the falls in a barrel. That never ends up real well.

I second the tower.
The boats stop funning any time. Unfortunately we went in December and we weren't able to take the boat tour.
Christmas lights should be up soon.
