$250/night and they make you pay another $15 for WIRED access in the room. So I get to use the public ones with no letters on the keyboards....

Assuming this is what you wanted to write, you did a good job of guessing which key was which...Nice view too......Ben

Ha ha - for times like that, I'm glad my dad made me take typing in high school. All these years later, I can still type by touch.

Great view - having to pay for wireless on top of a hefty room bill is one of my pet peeves! Same with valet parking at a restaurant.

Ross, the official height is 1457' iirc. watching a plane approach and land well below you is bizarre...shooting thru several people-proof layers of glass makes things a big difficult.

Lisa, I took typing in HS as well. It was called a typewriter at the time. But yes, even after 35 years some things come back quickly. but proofreading is priceless....

So did you walk out onto the glass floor that looks straight down to the ground? Was the roof of the stadium open so you could look inside ?
Memories...fun.

Um, yeah, me too, but at least it was a Selectric model in our class! At the time, I was really aggravated that my family thought I needed to type, but it sure came in handy all through college, law school and ever since.

walk on glass floor? yes, but it took awhile to round up the nerves....too much of an engineer. I spent too much time looking at the contruction design and method of attachment....but when a pair of ladies skipped across and back a few times, pride got the better of me. fwiw, IS is useless at certain vibration frequencies (knee-knocking..)

i think the stadium roof was closed as it was fairly early in the day and it was totally overcast, but I'll recheck the pics.
