I've never seen anything like this (except in SciFi movies):

National Geographic released photos from Crystal Palace in Mexico. HUGE crystals 1000 feet below the earth. It's 110 degrees plus down and workers have to wear cooling suits (which last a whopping 20 minutes before they melt).

You have GOT to see nature at it's finest...

i still do not understand the big old space-age suits for 110 degrees. LoL. especially when they only wear them for like 20 mins!

The suits lock in the coolness that's provided by the ice packs that they wear on their bodies and prevent the packs from melting sooner than 20 minutes. Sort of like wearing air-conditioned clothes.

edit:

110+ in dead airspace with strenuous climbing is nothing to sneeze at, I think there is nothing unreasonable with using these suits.
