Decisive, Effective, and here he'd have a law suit against the officials...different cultures can have some good attributes sometimes.

Love the clip, that cop got some big **** though, knowing that he might have a live grenade.

Do a search for "chinese hostage shot" and watch the first one. Warning, very violent graphics.
