Never used them. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is or there is some compromise you have to decide is worth it or not.

We used them in 2000. Got a 300+ per night 4 star hotel room for $85 a night!

Reading some of those complaints I think I would be very careful and cautious when using them.

Most of the comlaints I see are having to do with the cancelations and change dates and hotels... Well I won't be getting a hotel cause there aren't any in the town I'll be going to, and I don't plan on canceling anything if I book and for the price of $264.75 for all 5 tickets isn't that much of a loss.

anything and any price is possible. realize that "5 stars" isn't always that special, and you don't know exactly where it is (or which one it is) until after you commit.

Depends on who you ask. PL is widely used and has been around for several years. I highly doubt they'll rip you off, but then again maybe I'm too trusting. Just watch the bottom line.

I used them before for a hotel room - got a great deal on a hotel in Times Square! Just do NOT cancel and you should be okay . . . if you have to make changes, they kill you!
