10x40 Print size - 11-24-2008, 05:16 PM

I am working on a project and looking for a lab to print a 10x40. I found a few who print 10x30, but not a 10x40.

I guess I could print 2 or 3 up on a 30x40, but I don't have anything that large to cut them apart.

Anyone have a solution?

You could see if your lab will cut it for you. With MPIX I just designate the areas to cut away and they do so.

Thanks for the info.
Tom - I spoke to Elco already. They were the ones who suggested I print them 2 or 3 up.

Thanks Ken. Have you ever used them? If so, how was the quality?

i have used them dozens of times, always very happy. They use inkjet printing (if that matters to you), the colors are true and strong. The paper they use is very heavy and doesn't require backing in many cases.

I have printed several 24x36 and 20x30 with them, and all sorts of odd sizes for home wall prints (in existing frames), like 21x21 and more than a few panoramic 12x36 prints.

if you order before noon (?,IIRC) they ship that day.

Just placed an order for a 10x30. I'll make sure and mention your commission to them Ken.
