Got ripped by Wolf Camera, made my order and went back to check on it and it was canceled. I didn't even get an e-mail from them that it was canceled.

ouch... that is horrible.

see they want you to be lured into rebates so they bank on you forgetting to fill them out and submitting them but then if you do follow thru they find some reason to deny it...

thats just shady i tell ya

Exactly what happened to me. When I ordered, they were in stock. But when I checked back later, my order had been canceled. I wrote them an E-mail explaining my disappointment in their customer service. I also explained that I would be sure to tell everyone on several different photography forums about their business practices. I think several people over on the Nikon Cafe also got burned.

No more Wolf/Ritz Camera or Sandisk rebates for me. I'm sorry I even posted this thread.

I finally recieved the rebate card on March 4th ( I mailed it the sat after thanksgiving) I wonder how much money they make just sitting on the rebate money for months?
