You hit on an interesting observation Brad. Why is it about the idea that if enough people are around, anything goes? Is it simply the idea that you're less likely to get caught? What does this say about society as a whole? What if no one is there to catch anyone?

The answer is too easy. There are too many people that if given the chance, will do anything to anyone. That is a very sad truth for mankind as a whole.

Want to get even more jaded? Grab yourself a police scanner. I listen to mine a lot while online...It is amazing how much "stuff" goes on right around you that you never know about. Domestic Violence is an epidemic...

For instance... In my area - http://arlingtonpd.org/CAD.asp

Yup; even here it's a fairly good background noisemaker up until about 2AM. When I lived in Dallas, I had to stop the scan when it hit something interesting, since it often wouldn't manage to cycle back to that frequency for a couple minutes if I had everything in the area programmed.

Great plan! Then we can all get lawn chairs and set up in another parking lot nearby to get photos of the multi-car pileups and other chaos as everybody tries to get into the lot at the same time.

IMO, mobs on foot are safer.
