That was great. My 6 yo wanted a Vulcan so badly for Christmas, but Santa waited a little too long and now it's not available anywhere. Poor kid.

About 3 weeks ago there was a pallet full of them at our local Walmart.

Oh, I'm sure. Supermommy had her elves in Minneapolis, Dallas and Baton Rouge looking yesterday though. It was the last piece of our Nerf arsenal and it will make a great birthday present.

I saw a HUGE stack of them at Toys R Us this weekend. They should be pretty easy to find now.

Thats all fun and games, until the breach seal (white plunger that comes forward to seal against the back of the belt on each shot) decides to break loose from its mount and jam in place....
Thats what has happened to the 3 Vulcans my son has had SINCE CHRISTMAS.
The first one made it out of the box and lasted about 30min.
#2 (the day after Christmas) made it 2 days before the rotator broke.
#3 the breach seal is broke again and its sitting in the box waiting to go back to the store.

My son (11) said this is a cool gun, but doesnt hold up like any of his other nerfs. Also for active kids that have nerf wars outside... the ammo belt gets messed up way too easy when it gets replaced and the spent belt gets accidentally stepped on by anyone while still on the sidewalk/street/driveway.
