A movie I will not be going to see. I don't want the kids to see Daddy cry at the end. It looks like a great, funny, sad movie.

I understand, but dog movies where the dog passes on just rips my heart out, so I'll send the kids with the Spouse Unit.

It was a really good movie. It held pretty true to the book. As usual, the book is better than the movie. Yes, I bawled like a baby at the end.....what can I say, I'm a sensitive guy....

I will pass on this movie. I made the mistake of going to see "My Dog Skip" a few years back. Had to have the wife run to the bath room for tissue because I cried too much.

I literally cried for days after reading the book. I have a lab and he acts a lot like marley (not NEAR as bad though). I'd love to go see the movie, but I think I'll have to wait until it comes out on video.

I appreciate the spoiler though. Now I know not to go. Mainly because I don't want to deal with the wife crying.
Something about a woman crying that makes me want to run far far away.

Sorry, but I thought everyone knew it was about his 13 years with Marley, and the dog passes away at the end in a very touching scene. Having lost two in the last year, I just can't handle that again.
