I couldn't agree more. The Cowboys need an owner that understands that an owner SHOULD NOT also be the GM.

Its funny Miami hires Parcells as GM he takes a cowboys coach and makes him Head Coach they go from 0 - 15 to 11 - 5 and Div Champs in one year PAY ATTN Jerry

I give them 2 days - tomorrow Jones expresses great faith in his coach, the next day they have an amicable parting of ways. Cowher is announced as the new head coach in the same meeting.

He coaches four seasons with mixed success and quits when he realizes the problem is with the GM and the owner refuses to listen.

Either that or:

He coaches for four seasons, wins the Super Bowl the last 2 and is then fired when Jones feels like he could have done a better job.

Oh, and TO needs to go - he drops nearly as many as he catches and is just a cancer in the lockeroom.

Last one: Romo after the broken finger wasn't nearly as good as before the broken finger - lots of balls sailed on him the last month. Here's hoping he heals completely in the off-season.
