Found out about this on Gordon McGregor's blog. There's just no excuse for not having a good backup system without plenty of space nowadays. In fact that would make a great New Year's resolution.

I saw the Fry's adv for the Seagate today. What a bargain! A few weeks ago, Fry's finally crossed my line and I picked up a 1TB SimpleTech USB2 for $109.00 +tax (no rebate). Works like a charm so far. And it's 1 huge partition. Now I wish I'd have waited.

That's what happens with any electronics purchase, doesn't it?
