Good luck with his "harassment" complaint.

(BTW...palms face away from each other when cuffing someone. This from nine years real police experience.)
(And the keyhole goes up, towards the elbow...some folks do carry cuff keys.)

I don't find the complainant credible. My guess is neither will a judge. I have seen handcuffs applied both palms in and palms out. I personally do not know if there is a correct way, but it seems to be officer's choice. Cuffs will leave an impression if applied too tightly or if one struggles against them. Cuffs also come in sizes. This gentleman seems to have large wrists which might have contributed to cuffs being applied too tightly...especially from a rent-a-cop.

I have no doubt that the complainant here felt harassed. I am not sure that it passes the reasonable person standard needed for civil cases.

He refused to obey the whim of an ill trained enforcement officer, and he wasn't tased??? What's this country coming to? Also, there's no camera phone video of the incident, so I don't think it happened.
