That could be a fun alternative, but I don't think it will have quite the same 'charm' to it. Nothing like the looks on peoples faces when they expect to see an A900 and see that old Polaroid instead.

Fuji makes something similar that uses mini instant film. See it here.

By the images on there, it retains some of the Polaroid-ish bordered photos, even though they are smaller. It claims to have IQ similar to 35 mm cameras, but to really mimic the Polaroid every person in the photo has to have cheesey smiles, washed-out features and lots of red eye. Bringin' back the 1970s, one click at a time!
