Oh and to not hijack this thread...

I know five chords. Haha could never learn how to play a B minor. :)) My husband plays though and has a bunch of fancy guitars.

I have been playing guitar longer than I've been able to spell my own name. It's more a part of my life than anything else really. Bought one just to take to Iraq with me, because there was absolutely no way I would have survived two tours w/o a guitar.

Learn 2 basic bar chords and you can play any minor you want just by moving up or down a fret.

Oh no, I have digressed into teaching guitar on a photo forum.

My dad gave me that custom back in 1982... He always had promised that if I took lessons and worked hard at it, he'd get me a "real" guitar. Christmas that year is something I'll never forget. He sacrificed a lot to give me that. I could never ever part with it.

i can play pretty much any insturment i put my hands on. I started playing guitar at age 11 and havent stopped since. I play in a local band called Darlington that maybe some of you have seen or heard of. Been around for quite a while.

I also play a ton of other things, but not perfectly. Bass, Drums, Piano, Bagpipes, Tin Whistle (yeah i went through an irish/scottish phase for a while) dabbled with accordion. Probably a ton more that im not thinking of at the moment.
