My as-yet uninstalled ceiling mount is semi-custom (read: cobbled together by an Aggie Engineer...) consists of a down pipe (metal, ceiling fan drop-pipe style) mounted in the attic to a 2x4 on edge across 2 joists. Then pipe clamps from that to the mounting plate. All wires will be routed thru the pipe.

Did you mean a wall mount or you did mean ceiling mount?
If you did mean a ceiling mount, I think your signature is backwards and it should read like this....

(Ming) I am crazy, I swear.

Well, I meant ceiling mount because the boss specific said "ceiling mount, not wall mount".

So are you wanting it to hang from the ceiling and be vertical (similar to a wall mount) or be flat against the ceiling like the mirrors? LOL

Home theater stores should have it. I was looking at them online, well until my wife decided to kill that idea....
