I don't know if it counts, but a blogger saw some picture of mine from a trip to the Himalayas and wrote a blog about a particular region of the Himalayas. She asked for permission to use pictures!

Yeah I was surprised too that she actually reached out... She told me, that she wants to write a article on that region for the Govt. of India, so I am guessing she wants to safe :)

I jad a similar situation over a year ago and THEY did not ask permission and I had to send them a nasty note which got them to remove the photo from their blog, but the guy liked it so much he put up a link to my pbase album where he had found it!
