I would make sure that payment was protected by either the CC company or PayPal or both.
Anyone can put up a remark. Since there are a couple of "disgruntled" responses I would give it more credence than if there were only glowing remarks.

Looks like it is protected by Paypal.

Not sure that it would be worth the worry. If I placed an order with them, then I would constantly be checking every small detail out, and wondering if I had gotten taken, and never really having a settled feeling.

I am not that adventurous with my purchases though.

I would want to know why they have six, and the big guys don't have any?

Nevermind -- I'll take care of it myself!

* The product we are offering is 100% Brand New in their original boxes. Never Used, Never Grey Market.
* All items listed are USA models.
* It comes with all the manufactured accessories, books, manuals & software.

According to their site - they aren't grey market items.

I have a friend who ordered a couple of cameras from another questionable site. They made the same claims, but when the cameras arrived there were no USA warranty cards. He originally had wanted to order just one, but they upsold him to two bodies and gave him a better price ... that may have been where the non-US models came into play. He called Canon and the guy on the phone told him that all the cameras were made in the same place so it didn't really matter. It would matter if there was a defect, though.

If an online seller looks tempting because of a too-good-to-be-true price, run! It will end up costing you more somehow, some way!

So I guess I got lucky today. Totally random called up Best Buy in San Antonio since I was staying at my brothers here. Best Buy at the rim said they would sell the display, didn't have the battery though and it was on backorder. The Best Buy san pedro had it in stock but another customer had purchased a defective one with the kit lens (24-105). They called him to see if he wanted it, he didn't so now i'm sitting here with a brand spankin' new 5D Mark II body. None of these best buys showed as having it in stock online so pays to call around.
